ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2 Business Days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 Business Days to let you know your order is on the way!
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 3 Business Days using DHL i.e. DHL's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of 4.99€ applies to orders shipping to Lithuania and 9.99€ shipping to Countries within the EU. We do not ship outside of the European Union at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer a 9.99€ flat rate shipping within the European Union.
You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over 100€). For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@pleasure-merchandise.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
